Core Values centered on education
Identify core community health challenges by working side-by-side with residents, and creating a space to foster new creative solutions centered on each community's value of self-determined access to healthy foods.
Support the growth of new food system solutions centered on local whole food choices that best combat preventable diseases such as diabetes, cancer, and heart disease.
Provide entrepreneurial classes and experience in which residents may learn to prepare and process whole foods (herbs, vegetables, spices, and flowers that have not been exposed to any pesticides or other harmful treatments) into consumable, value-added products so that they may be an integral part of their local food system.
